Chelan Youth Fastpitch collects only the information needed to operate youth fastpitch programs, communicate with families, process registrations, and maintain board records.

Information CYF Collects

  • Player and parent details submitted through registration forms.
  • Volunteer, sponsor, and contact form information.
  • Payment status and checkout records from CYF payment providers.
  • Notification preferences for registration and program updates.
  • Board-created website and social update records.

How CYF Uses Information

  • To organize teams, divisions, schedules, and program communication.
  • To contact families about registration, tryouts, payments, and events.
  • To coordinate volunteers, coaches, sponsors, and board follow-up.
  • To keep required program, payment, and safety records.
  • To publish approved public CYF updates on the website and social accounts.

Sharing

CYF does not sell family, player, sponsor, or volunteer information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, process payments, send email, host records, or connect CYF Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Social Media Connection

CYF may use Meta tools to publish board-approved updates to the official Facebook Page and Instagram account and to display public social updates on the CYF website. CYF does not use the website to collect Facebook or Instagram passwords.

Retention

CYF keeps records as long as needed for program operations, accounting, safety, communication, and board continuity. Records that are no longer needed may be removed or archived.
