What sponsorship makes possible
CYF is a 501(c)(3) youth sports organization. Sponsorship support helps cover the less-visible costs that make a season work: equipment, jerseys, field supplies, tournament costs, and support for families who need help staying involved.
Sponsors can note public thank-you preferences and receipt needs in the form below. Please email sponsor logos to chelanyouthfastpitch@gmail.com after submitting the form. The board confirms details before anything is published.

Logo and receipt checklist
Sponsors can make public recognition easier by sending a clear logo file, website link, display preference, and receipt or tax letter request after submitting the form.
CYF confirms sponsor details before anything appears publicly, so businesses can support the program without worrying that draft information will be published automatically.
After sponsoring
- Choose a sponsorship level or custom amount.
- Submit the sponsorship form and complete Square checkout.
- Email logo files to chelanyouthfastpitch@gmail.com if public logo display is desired.
- Tell CYF whether a receipt or tax letter is needed.
- CYF confirms public display details before publishing sponsor recognition.
