2026-2027 Silvers Tryout Registration

This registration covers the Silvers age groups (10U, 12U, 14U, and 16/18U). It helps CYF understand a player's softball background, positions, availability, goals, and readiness for the Silvers travel commitment. Submit the questionnaire first; no Silvers payment is required unless the player is selected and accepts. 2026-2027 cost range: 10U $400-$500; 12U, 14U, and 16/18U $500-$600. This range depends on sponsorship support and does not include player equipment or uniforms.

A parent or guardian should complete this form. It asks for the player's birth date, emergency contact, and optional medical or allergy notes for eligibility and tryout safety. See the CYF privacy notice for how CYF handles this information.

Silvers tryouts are organized for 10U, 12U, 14U, and 16/18U.

2026-2027 Silvers cost range: 10U $400-$500; 12U, 14U, and 16/18U $500-$600.

This range depends on sponsorship support and does not include player equipment or uniforms.

Payment is not required unless a player is selected and accepts a roster spot.

10U: July 20, 5:00-6:30 PM (born September 1st, 2015 or later)
14U: July 20, 7:15-8:45 PM (born September 1st, 2011 or later)
12U: July 21, 5:00-6:30 PM (born September 1st, 2013 or later)
16/18U: July 21, 7:15-8:45 PM (combined older group; born September 1st, 2007 or later)
Pitching/Catching: July 20 and July 21, 6:40-7:10 PM
Makeup tryout: July 24, 5:30-7:30 PM for all Silvers age groups
