Clear decision paths
Program structure, registration timing, sponsorship details, sponsor recognition, and policy questions go through the CYF board so families get consistent answers.
CYF works best when families know how decisions are made, what coaches are responsible for, and how concerns should move through the program.

Coaches are expected to teach fundamentals, prepare players before asking them to perform, communicate clearly, and make decisions in the best interest of the team and program.
CYF asks concerns to move directly to the coach or board member who can help. Safety concerns are immediate; other frustrations should get the 24-hour pause first.
Players, families, coaches, volunteers, and sponsors all represent Chelan Youth Fastpitch. The expectation is effort, composure, class, and care for shared spaces.
The board keeps public information, registration, sponsor display, and program expectations consistent. Coaches lead the day-to-day player experience once teams or groups are built.
