Player Pathway

CYF is easier to understand when families can see the next right step by age, eligibility, and commitment level. CYF Rec covers 8U, 10U, and 13U; Silvers covers 10U, 12U, 14U, and 16/18U.

The path can change as players grow

A player may start in LT/RR, move into Rec, and later decide whether Silvers travel is the right fit. Not every player needs the same path at the same time.

CYF's job is to make the choices clear, keep the culture consistent, and help families understand what each level asks of players and parents.

Quick rule of thumb

Choose the lowest-pressure program that still gives the player a healthy challenge. Confidence, fundamentals, and love for the game are the foundation.
