Data Deletion

Families, volunteers, sponsors, and board members can ask Chelan Youth Fastpitch to remove or update information that is no longer needed.

How To Request Deletion

Email chelanyouthfastpitch@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request and describe the record you want removed or updated.

What To Include

  • Your name and contact information.
  • The player, volunteer, sponsor, or board record involved.
  • The email address or phone number used when the form was submitted.
  • Whether you want the record deleted, corrected, or hidden from public view.

Meta App Data

If your request is about Facebook or Instagram app connection data, include the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta account name involved. CYF will remove stored connection records that are no longer needed for the official CYF accounts.

Limits

CYF may need to keep some records for accounting, safety, chargeback, insurance, or program-history reasons. When full deletion is not possible, CYF can often update, limit, or archive the information.
